"LOOKING FOR THE CLOUDS - CONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHY IN TIMES OF CONFLICT"

Casino Luxembourg - Forum d'art contemporain, Luxembourg 2017
Curated by Paul Di Felice, Pierre Stiwer, Kevin Muhlen.

Exhibition within the framework of the European Month of Photography.

The exhibition Looking for the Clouds - Contemporary Photography in Times of Conflict presents photographic works and videos by international artists and photojournalists who have focused their attention on events that followed the collapse of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center up to the current refugee crisis. Though deliberately eclectic, the aesthetic coherency underpinning the choice of works selected for the exhibition at Casino Luxembourg is revealed in the dialogue between the works.

Participating artists:

David Birkin, James Bridle, Sinje Dillenkofer, Richard Drew, Omer Fast, Hans-Peter Feldmann, Carine & Elisabeth Krecke, Aude Moreau, Anush Hamzehian & Vittorio Mortarotti, Wolfang Reichmann, Swen Renault, Panos Tsagaris, Valentin Vallhonrat.
